Gnome is a study in the living spirit of nature. The ceramic sculptures glow in the dark, like tree trunks on fire. When twilight arrives they fade and integrate with the environment. 

Materials: metal wire mesh (2,0 m wide), iron rebar for building, mixture of Finnish red clay and paper, portable halogen work lights, orange light filter plastic sheets.
